Look ma, it’s on time this week! In ANN Episode #9 we address an amazing piece of legislation in Utah County (home of BYU) entitled, “Resolution opposing the Hate America anti-Christian Open Borders cabal.” It got rejected, by Utah Republicans, but not because it was batshit insane. No, they had more pragmatic reasons.

We also revisit the rise of unbelief by discussing an article in the NY Times called, “More Atheists Shout It From the Rooftops.”

And also, here’s episode #8, which we recorded and edited, but apparently forgot about. We discuss same sex marriage in Vermont and Mormon priesthood blessings. I’m sure Leighton is somehow at fault.

Despite all of Jesus’s attempts to keep the lid on this podcast, we’ve got it online. This week, we discuss how Christians ripped off the best and most interesting aspects of pagan theology, sometimes nearly exactly. The similarities were so disturbing, early Church Fathers resorted to the strange idea of anticipatory plagiarism by Beelzebub himself.

We have a fascinating podcast in the works for our 17th episode. Consider the last podcast our pagan precursor “Old Testament Edition.” Episode 17 looks into pagan precursors of New Testament beliefs, practices, and rituals, and it is an eye-opener.

I am so absorbed by the topic that I’m going to require some extra time to complete my research and preparations. Since Leighton is lazing around doing nothing, the delay is entirely my fault. That having been said, I’m convinced the final product will be well worth the wait — it should be the best podcast we’ve done to date.

This week, in our fifteenth podcast, we discuss pagan religious ideas and rituals that are now found in the Bible, but which preceded those Biblical religious ideas and rituals, often by millennia. We also discover that Leighton believes that Plutarch was a Greek and that all Christians believe that Satan is the brother of Jesus.

Clearly, Leighton needs to get out more.
