[chuck]Still no podcast yet. Yes, we’ve been busy with Halloween stuff, but this month has also been rough for other reasons. Chief among them, my wife is scheduled for surgery tomorrow. So sacrifice a goat, light a candle, and say a bunch of prayers, or just save your energy because none of that will affect the outcome.
Here are a few pictures of the haunt-in-progress to keep you occupied.
The gateway arch is all tarped up until Halloween, but it’ll look real spooky then.

Glad things seem to be going well for your wife, and the haunted house looks cool.
But I’m still jonesin’ for more irreligiosophy.
One more idea for the home haunt: cardboard cut out of Glenn Beck. Replace his head with a carved pumpkin with a candle in it. Instant Jack-ass lantern.

Chuck, I hope you banned that inconsiderate troll-pisses me off that we can’t even have an edgy blog/podcast where you can joke with people to the extreme without some asshole going too far. Jesus fuck, as if I’m not busy enough. I banned the 2 IP addresses for prop 8 (the latest one, 69.162.137.134, traces to a virtual server out of Chicago from Steadfast Networks), and because that probably won’t work for long, I’ll just delete the rest of his comments as soon as they appear.
As for the haunt, we ran it last night (because our LDS community prefers not to trick or treat on Sunday) and it was a huge hit. Lots of small children in tears, and we even got an adult or two to cry. Supposedly, Leighton has video, so we’ll have to comb through the 3 or 4 hours of footage to find the best stuff to post. That might take a while, but we’ll do it.
We’re running it again tonight and tomorrow (more video!), then we’ll take everything down and get back to Irreligiosophy.

Hope the haunt went over well. A lot of kids got screwed because our town moved Trick or Treating to 10am – Noon on the 31st so most parents had to choose between church and Trick or Treat…. Seems chuch won, which I’m sure was the purpose of the move. I had had 2 kids come by and I live on one of the main streets. When I was young (Mid-late 80’s) they banned trick or treating outright for years, supposedly so kids wouldn’t get kidnapped and sacrificed by all the secret satanic cluts that didn’t exist, more likely because our town council is dominated by fundies who share Jack Vhick’s belief that Halloween is *ahem* “really” Satan’s birthday.
Cant wait to masterbate to chucks voice again. Listening to the old podcasts is like watching the same porn over and over. It still gets me off but theres nothing like new material.

Ok, it’s been 50 days since we’ve had anything new (not made by a listener). I give up hoping for something new.
I hope this lack of updates is just attributable to the guys general slackness and not from anything horrible happening to either of them or their family. You guys have me worried!
I really enjoy reading these posts begging for a new podcast. I cast my vote in favor of the two of you taking the remainder of the year off. You deserve it. Or you could trash the podcast altogether and leave us begging for more. Better yet, start a new podcast with an even more obscure name.
Quit bitching and just get us another podcast. Dont make me come on there and talk about my 10 years as a seventh day adventisit!
