I may no longer be opposite married. It is amusing that a central premise of banning gay marriage is that such regulation might be important because allowing gay marriage would diminish opposite marriage, yet in banning gay marriage, Texas may have placed such opposite marriage in questionable legal stature.

  2. Subsection B of the Amendment says, “This state or a political subdivision of this state may not create or recognize any legal status identical or similar to marriage.”

Identical to? Really? Every time I think these types of people may have some glimmer of intelligence somewhere in their tiny brains, something like this happens.

  3. Re. Prejean: nice try, you pathetic Americans. Pamela Anderson is Canadian. Your sex tapes are still second rate bullshit.

  4. One of the funnier eps. Well done. (Okay, they’re all funny but this one was one plus one funny.)

  5. But was it 5 stars funny?
