[chuck]I’ve spoken with Leighton and if we can finish off the very important things that remain on our to-do list (I’ve always wanted to watch every episode of Scooby-Doo in one sitting), we’re going to record a new podcast on Monday. So it should be edited and uploaded on Tuesday. We were going to take the rest of the year off because our extended absence was pissing off so many people, but then a couple of people recommended we take the year off. Realizing it was impossible to piss everyone off, we surrendered. So, new podcast coming.
Now we just have to decide if we’re going to do the Prop 8 podcast or delay it yet again and do the one on “Haunting in Connecticut” first. Also, good news! The guys over at Evidence 4 Faith have agreed to be interviewed/debated, so we just have to hammer out the whens and wheres.

RUH ROH!
Praise be to Chuck, who is seated at the right hand of Leighton and will come again to judge the living and the dead, your return to podcasting was foretold and now the prophecy shall be fulfilled. Death to all that oppose! Irreligiosophy is the one true podcast! All other podcasts are pickles up the ass of Paul, who was forced to eat it.
Yeah, baby, yeah. Another one, again. That’s it. Yeah.
I vote for A Haunting in Connecticut, just to keep the Prop 8 running gag going.
Your haunt was awesome. Thanks for scaring us! Next year you can do it in my back yard. The haunt that is…
Cool cant wait for the debate with evidence 4 faith
Do you know whats gonna be on the agenda for the debate? can I suggest logical fallacies? because they did one on evolution that was riddled with fallacies argument from authority, god of the gaps/argument from ignorance, special pleading etc. Maybe getting ahead of myself just looking forward to it lol
And isn’t evidence 4 faith an oxymoron?
I came to stare at the desolate wasteland, the haunt of those mad eyed, moon crazed, gibbering and soulless abominable horrors known as fans of Irreligiosphy. I went to dream of the better days, those wonderful days of months now long past, when new episodes would spring from the deepest wells of the blasphemous and unimaginable minds of those unspeakable Things, known to us only as “Chuck” and “Leighton”. My mind reeled, remembering the hours spend in my lonely chambers with none but my stalwart and graceful felines for companions, listening to the hideous cackling, shrieking of the Chuck, as well as the eldritch moanings and incomprehensible mutterings of the Leighton.
Ph-nuglui mglw’nafh Chuck and Leighton Irreligiosophy wgah’nagl fhtagan!
Could it be that the darkest, most loathsome of my nightmares may once more call forth across the limitless, unfathomable gulfs of the internet?
Good to see you’re coming back guys. I missed having a new podcast to add to my iPod and have something to laugh (or cry) about when I work overnight. But I understand; Chuck’s wife needed him since she was recovering from surgery and they have kids to care for; plus, Leighton needed to find more child labor since the Thai kids started a fight for dominance after Pahkdi’s head position opened when he died . Slave insurrections are a full time job and when slaves die, it’s really messy.
Thank God
Evidence 4 Faith? That sounds really boring.
My vote goes to Prop 8
Thank Joseph Smith.
Prop 8 is my vote. I still have not seen that documentary yet.
Prop 8!
Speaking of documentaries anyone else see the Assassination of Dr. Tiller? I also vote for a segment on right wing extremism.
Prop 8, for Xenu’s sake!
Not a moment too soon I just finished slogging through all of Chariots of Iron. It was awful. My next step would have been taking pliers to each of my fingernails.
I want to here more about the Church of Latter Day Saints enlightened attitude towards masturbation. Now, whenever I deal with a Mormon, I somehow manage to work in the subject of masturbation. I really enjoy making them feel very uncomfortable.
F– prop-8 and the Haunting. Another episode of Leighton jerking off. Leighton can roll over and take the rest of the year off. Chuck can continue living vicariously through Leighton.
But if you really are sold on putting together another episode; since Thanksgiving is upcoming…how about one on the Pilgrims and the founding of religous colonies in the so called New World.
so i thought that evidence was not required for faith… is this one of those paradoxes that will make my head explode if i think about it to long?
C’mon, it must be tuesday somewhere in the world, where the fuck is my podcast?!
It’s been Tuesday for 8.5 hours in Melbourne Australia. Can’t hold my breath much longer….
@AngryBudgie– Oh my god, that documentary was amazing and I think a segment on right wing extremists would be awesome.
You guys are awesome! I can’t wait to hear the debate!
I thought I’d check out Evidence 4 Faith on my long drive to work today. I picked the one called The Absurdity of Atheism – where they explain how an atheist can’t possibly have morals because he doesn’t believe in an invisible man in the sky. I’m not sure why I’m sitting here writing this and not out looting, raping, killing, and whatever else us godless people do. I’m also wondering how the world survived all the atrocities that we must have had before the Judeo Christian god appeared on the scene only a few thousand years ago. Anyway, I went to their website, prepared to hand them their ass on their forum, only to find out: Guess what – No forum! Dudes: Get these guys on the show, and knock some sense into their Christianity-damaged skulls!
